ANDROID VS NOKIA SYMBIAN
As there is a battle between android and Nokia symbian os it will be only in the favour of andriod becouse as follows points
Android is fairly new and has a smaller market share than the older Symbian and andriod market has more certified apps than older symbian .
Android is designed around touch capable devices while Symbian is designed around keypad devices .
Symbian is somewhat outdated while Android is constantly updated .
Android is used by many phone manufacturers while Symbian is almost exclusive to Nokia .
There is also most of the apps which are free in the andriod market and that same apps are too expensive in other markets
Android has also a port of ice cream sandwich that isbeing rooled out in samsung galaxy nexus line and zoom.
And now lets talk about some what of Symbian . Nokia’s Symbian operating system is winning the Smartphone operating system wars, since past few years; there was no competition to this operating system.
In the Smartphone operating system market share, Symbian operating system was acquiring a 37.6% of total market share. i am not telling that symbian is a bad operating system it was a very good operating system before the andriod was lunched because there was no competition and there was good selling of nokia Symbian phones but when later the andriod op came there was a due fall in symbian productivity and android was the leading then any other os operating system
I would advice all my blog readers that to prefer andriod instead of Symbian or any other operating system
